Hello, this is Vivian.

A Singapore-based artist, illustrator and crafter who wants to live her dream of being a full-time creative of her own brand.

Nawu by Naro is created as a personal brand for myself to not only represent my crafted creations, but a way to document my journey of change and growth.

Thysaurus and Frog is one such endeavor. It features my two inner children who are seen, heard and appreciated.

I started out making character heads inspired by Disney Tsum Tsums out of wooden balls, air dry clay and acrylic paints about 10 years ago. I restarted that hobby out of my love for Genshin Impact characters. In 2023, I started showing up at physical booths in artist alleys with my works. I moved to Shopify in August 2024 with the help of my friends to reach my worldwide audience.

When I am not creating or running my business, I work a day job to pay some important bills.
